Terese Bouchard, owner of Huntington Meadow Stables, has been riding since she was a young girl. She and her husband, Dick, opened the stable in 1977. In addition to running the business and teaching lessons, Terese is the Nazareth College Equestrian Team coach and the HMS IEA Team coach. She also teaches the English riding course for Rochester Institute of Technology, which has been offered for the last 29 years.

Dick Bouchard oversees the day-to-day management of the stable. Some highlights of his riding experience include barrel racing and calf roping. Dick was a whip with the Hopper Hill Fox Hunt in 1974. He rode "42nd Street" in the professional divisions with the Syracuse PHA in 1977, and "Flumbá" in the 1979 jumper divisions. In 1980, he started the HMS Polo Club, and he played with the Bostwick family in Gilbertsville, at Cornell University, and in Vermont.

Valerie Hoban, trainer, is known as one of the area’s top children/pony trainers. She has taken students from the short stirrup division all the way to juniors, trained students at top shows up and down the east coast, and challenged her students to qualify for and compete in the top national-level shows. Her experiences in the show ring, plus professional training in education, make her an ideal instructor for children. She has been teaching elementary school in the Webster Central School District for over ten years. Her two boys, Nathan and Benjamin, share her love for horses, too. The Hoban family owns several ponies on which the boys compete.

Kim Ernisse, trainer, is one of the area’s leading hunter riders. Kim was a child rider at HMS, and started her show career on lesson horses. She competed extensively as a child and junior rider, and continued on to ride professionally. Kim has successfully ridden some of the top hunters in the area, and her dedication to solid fundamentals is key to her success in training horses and in the show ring. She has two dogs, Diesel and Daphne.

Michelle Santay has been riding since she was 12, and graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a bachelors degree in Animal Science. She teaches lessons from beginner to advanced riders and is assistant coach for the HMS IEA team. Michelle has two children, Jackson and Charlotte.
